Founder & integration expert
Armelle is the founder and driving force behind Absolutely French. After living in seven different countries, she turned her own international journey into a mission: helping expatriates and their partners feel at home, confident, and autonomous in France. Passionate about people, cultures, and equality in international mobility, Armelle combines strategic vision, creativity, and deep human insight to build meaningful integration experiences and lasting communities.
Claire
Head of Operations and Pedagogy
Claire is the smiling face of Absolutely French and the sunshine behind every welcome. Highly organised and deeply attentive, she guides each person with care along their path to integration. Always listening, always thoughtful, she makes everyone feel supported and confident. Claire lived in Beijing for seven years, where she worked as Head of Pedagogy and Logistics. Passionate about China, discovery, art, and organisation, she is an essential part of our community and of everything we build together.
Mauro
CMO
Mauro is in charge of communication and events at Absolutely French. An expatriate partner living in Paris, he knows firsthand what it means to adapt, connect, and build a new life abroad. Curious by nature and always eager to learn, Mauro loves bringing people together, taking on new challenges, and—most importantly—sharing great conversations… often around a good plate of pasta.
